What Is the VOOX Official Verification Channel?
The VOOX Official Verification Channel is a trusted platform that lets you check if a link, email address, or social media account is officially associated with VOOX.
Whether you’ve received a suspicious email, SMS, or website link claiming to be from VOOX, we strongly encourage you to verify its authenticity through our official verification channel before taking any action. This helps prevent phishing attacks and fraud.
Why Use the Verification Channel?
- Online scams are increasingly sophisticated, with fake messages or websites pretending to be from VOOX.
- The verification channel allows you to quickly determine whether an account or message is truly from VOOX.
- No VOOX account is required to use the tool—anyone can access it to stay safe online.
How to Use the VOOX Verification Channel
On Web
1. From the VOOX home page, scroll down to the footer and click [Official Verify] under ‘Support’. The official link for VOOX Verify is:https://www.voox.com/en_US/official
2. From the dropdown menu, select the source channel you wish to check for. Enter a URL, email address, phone number, Telegram, or other social media handles accordingly in the ‘Enter query’ field. Click [Verify].
3. You will see a pop-up displaying whether or not the source is verified or unverified.
If the source is confirmed to be official, a green verified pop-up will appear. For example, searching for https://www.voox.com/ would result in the following, as shown in the image.
If the source is confirmed to not be official, a red unverified pop-up will appear. For example, searching for https://www.vo0x.com/ would result in the following, as shown in the image. At this point, you should be cautious and avoid clicking on any related links or perform any operations to prevent potential asset loss.
On APP
1) Open VOOX mobile app and log in to your account. Click on the top-left profile icon to open the side menu. Then, select "Official Verification Channel".
2) From the dropdown menu, select the source channel you wish to check for. Enter a URL, email address, phone number, Telegram, or other social media handles accordingly in the ‘Enter query’ field. Click [Verify].
3) You will see a pop-up displaying whether or not the source is verified or unverified.
If the source is confirmed to be official, a green verified pop-up will appear. If the source is confirmed to not be official, a red unverified pop-up will appear.
What to Do If You Receive Suspicious Information
- Do not click on unknown links or download unexpected attachments.
- Never provide your personal or account information to unverified sources claiming to be VOOX.
- If you encounter suspicious activity, please report it to the VOOX support team immediately via official channels.
Important Notice
In order to ensure the safety of VOOX users’ assets, VOOX hereby reminds all users to remember the URL of VOOX official website. Do not visit suspicious links. Never share your account information, passwords and verification codes with anyone.
Also, VOOX will never collect assets from users, nor will it provide investment management services. VOOX customer service agents will never ask users for passwords, verification codes, or double verification codes. Do not trust information from unofficial channels. Be sure to protect your privacy and assets.
