1.Log in to your VOOX account, hover over the【Profile】icon, and then click on【Account Management】.
2. In【Account Management】, find【Email】 and click on【Change】.
3.Enter the new email as required, click on 【Get Code】to verify both the new and old email addresses, and then click 【Change】to complete the process.
Note: For your asset security, you cannot withdraw for 24 hours after changing your email.
APP
1.Click the icon in the top left corner of the app to enter the personal center, and select【Security Center】.
2.On the Security Center page, locate【Email】and click【Alter】.
3.Enter the new email as required, click on 【Send】 to verify the new email and the old email, then click 【Confirm】 to complete the process.
Note: For your asset security, you cannot withdraw for 24 hours after changing your email.
