In addition to the commonly used on-chain withdrawal function, VOOX also supports internal transfers within the platform. It is simple, fast, and enables fee-free transfers.
Go to the VOOX website homepage and click "Assets" at the top right to enter the Total Assets Overview page.
On the Assets Overview page, click the "Withdraw" button or click the "Withdraw" button in the Spot Account section.
Select the Coin for internal transfer, choose "Internal Transfer", enter the recipient’s account UID and the amount, then click "Withdraw".
Enter the verification code from your linked two-factor authentication tool and click "Confirm" to complete the internal transfer.
After completing the internal transfer, you can view recent withdrawal records at the bottom of the withdrawal page or click “Trade History” at the top right of the Spot Account page to see more detailed withdrawal records.
