When you withdraw a digital asset to another platform, it is usually caused by the following circumstances if the withdrawal is not posted:

(1) The block is not confirmed, causing the withdrawal not to be posted normally.

After you remit the digital asset, this fund is already in the block and needs to be confirmed by the block, but the block confirmation time is not fixed. If the block confirmation shows that it is not posted yet, it is necessary to contact the opponent platform for verification.

(2) The asset is not remitted, causing the withdrawal not to be posted normally.

When your assets are not remitted, it will show that you are in withdrawal or waiting for withdrawal. It is because the system is queuing to export, which is caused by a large number of withdrawals. The system will export them one by one according to the submission time of the current withdrawal users in queue, and manual intervention is not possible. Please wait patiently and we apologize for the inconvenience.

(3) You fill in with a wrong tag, causing the withdrawal not to be posted normally.

You need to fill in with the tag (Memo / also known as Tag) when depositing and withdrawing some cryptocurrencies.

You need to check whether there is a tag attached on the deposit page of the opponent platform. If so, you just correctly fill in the withdrawal page. If the tag is not displayed, in order to ensure the security of your funds and property, please contact the customer service of the opponent platform to confirm whether the tag needs to be filled in with. If not, you can fill in the tag area at will with any 6 numbers on the withdrawal page.

If the tag is filled in incorrectly, causing the withdrawal not to be posted normally, please contact the customer service of the platform in time to help you deal with it.

(4) A wrong withdrawal network is selected, causing the withdrawal not to be posted normally. Select the chain or network consistent with the address of the remittee.
When withdrawing, you must choose the same chain and network as the deposit platform. For example, if you withdraw from platform A to platform B, and select the ERC 20 chain on platform A and the TRC 20 chain on platform B, your cryptocurrency will not be posted.

(5) The service charges affect the posting speed.

The service charges for online miners required for ordinary withdrawal are charged by the online miners in the block, and the platform does not charge the withdrawal service charges. The specific service charges are subject to the standard displayed on the withdrawal page. The higher the service charge is, the faster the posting will be processed.

(6) How to query in the block browser.

Please enter the block browser of the cryptocurrency corresponding to the TxID provided by the transfer-out platform, to query and confirm the real-time progress of your transfer. Please wait patiently for the posting.
