Dear VOOX Users,
Conducting a withdrawal involves a risky endeavor of asset transfer. Before making a withdrawal, please read this risk warning notice carefully and be aware of the various risk factors associated with this service. Fully understand the potential risks of making a withdrawal, thoroughly consider your own risk awareness, risk identification ability, and risk tolerance, and make a cautious decision whether to proceed with the withdrawal service.
Upon confirming this service notice, it will be deemed that you have thoroughly read and understood the entire content of this risk warning notice, and voluntarily opted for VOOX's withdrawal service. It will also be deemed that you possess sufficient understanding of your own risk awareness, risk identification ability, and risk tolerance regarding withdrawals, and voluntarily undertake the risks and legal responsibilities that may arise from conducting withdrawals.
VOOX hereby provides the following risk warning notice and statement:
Irreversibility of Withdrawal Transactions
Once a withdrawal transaction is broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain network, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed. Please ensure that the destination address and blockchain network are correctly selected before proceeding.
Change of Asset Ownership
Upon completion of the withdrawal, the digital asset is fully controlled by the destination address or third-party platform. VOOX relinquishes all control and management rights over the asset and cannot recover or handle any loss caused by user error.
Risk Assumption by Users
Any loss resulting from user actions—including but not limited to operational errors, third-party fraud, or system misjudgments—shall be solely borne by the user. VOOX assumes no responsibility to compensate or guarantee against such losses.
Phishing Websites and Scam Platforms
Using withdrawal addresses obtained from social media, search engines, or unsolicited messages poses significant risk. Malicious websites may impersonate legitimate exchanges, airdrop campaigns, or customer service portals, and are often traps that can directly lead to asset loss.
Unauthorized Third-Party Access
If users, due to limited technical knowledge, compromised devices, or reliance on others for account operations, expose their private keys or login credentials, their accounts may be at risk of unauthorized withdrawals. Do not grant account access or remote control to others under any circumstance.
Misuse of Cold Wallets / Multi-Signature Withdrawals
When using advanced wallet solutions such as cold wallets or multi-signature wallets, please ensure that all procedures and participants are legitimate and properly verified. Errors in the signing process or hardware malfunctions can result in inaccessible assets.
Withdrawals to High-Risk Platforms
High-risk platforms include but are not limited to Ponzi schemes, fake exchanges, romance scams ("pig-butchering" schemes), gambling platforms, “high-return” investment projects, or illegal ICOs. Assets withdrawn to such platforms are typically unrecoverable.
Loan-Related Asset Loss
If assets are withdrawn to another party’s address as part of a lending agreement and the recipient refuses to return them, the platform will not be able to assist in recovering the funds.
Fraudulent Transfers
If users are lured by promises of high returns (e.g., arbitrage, airdrops, or bonuses) and withdraw funds to gambling or scam platforms, there is a high likelihood of asset loss. Never initiate a withdrawal under the guidance of an unknown party. If you are asked to first transfer funds to “activate an account” or “pay handling fees” to claim a reward, it is highly likely to be a scam.
Money Laundering Risk
If you assist others in purchasing crypto assets and withdrawing funds—whether by request or monetary incentive - or if your account is used by others for deposits, trading, or withdrawals, you may be complicit in money laundering activities and bear the corresponding legal liabilities for aiding a crime.
Incorrect Address Entry
If you mistakenly input an incorrect withdrawal address, the platform will not be able to retrieve the withdrawn assets. Please carefully verify the address before proceeding with any withdrawal.
Withdrawals to incorrect addresses
If you mistakenly withdraw your assets to an incorrect address due to personal filling errors, the platform will be unable to assist you in recovering the withdrawn assets;
Risks associated with participating in ICOs
ICO crowdfunding involves high-risk investment behavior. Please exercise caution and avoid withdrawing funds directly to the ICO crowdfunding addresses. Doing so will result in the inability to receive the digital assets raised through crowdfunding;
Risks due to force majeure
This includes, but is not limited to, unforeseeable events such as war, financial market crises, natural disasters, major political events, hacker attacks, computer virus outbreaks, and any other unpredictable risks that may result in losses from withdrawals. Users are responsible for any losses incurred due to force majeure and unforeseen events;
Loss of assets due to user error
User errors include, but are not limited to, losses caused by poor decision-making, improper operations, forgotten or disclosed passwords, password cracking, third-party intrusion into the individual's computer systems, malicious or improper operations by others when acting as agents for transactions.
Special Reminder: This risk warning notice does not cover all the risks associated with withdrawals. Before withdrawing funds on VOOX, users should fully understand the relevant policies and regulations, carefully read the platform's relevant service agreements, and carefully consider their own risk tolerance based on their individual circumstances.
You acknowledge and guarantee that you have carefully read this risk warning notice, fully understand all the risks mentioned above, and voluntarily accept the responsibility for any losses incurred as a result.
