I. VOOX Has Never Authorized Any Third Party to Handle User Accounts or Assets
VOOX has never authorized any third-party institution, individual, or organization to handle user accounts, assets, or related matters on its behalf. Nor does VOOX entrust any third party to assist users with account freezing or unfreezing, asset recovery, fund dispute resolution, account restoration, or withdrawal processing.
If any individual or organization contacts you claiming to be a VOOX partner, authorized agency, or legal service provider and offers to handle such matters on behalf of VOOX, please remain vigilant and rely only on information published through VOOX’s official announcements and official communication channels.
At the same time, please properly safeguard your account and asset security information. Never disclose sensitive information, including but not limited to your account password, verification codes, private keys, mnemonic phrases, or API Keys, to any individual or organization. Neither VOOX nor any legitimate partner organization will request such information under any circumstances. If you encounter any such request, please verify it immediately through VOOX’s official online customer support channels.
II. Do Not Trust Claims of “Asset Freezing Assistance” or “Asset Recovery Services” and Always Verify Through Official Channels
VOOX will never arbitrarily freeze, misappropriate, or seize any user assets.
Recently, certain malicious actors have exploited users’ concerns and anxieties by impersonating law firms, legal institutions, or professional rights protection teams. They falsely claim to provide services such as “asset freezing assistance,” “priority case handling,” or “rapid loss recovery,” while charging fees or attempting to obtain users’ account information.
Please note:
- Any asset-related processing must follow applicable legal procedures;
- The platform will never charge users any unfreezing fees through third-party institutions;
- The platform will never authorize any individual to request account access permissions from users;
- Do not trust any information source that has not been officially verified.
For matters related to account security, asset security, promotional activities, or platform announcements, please refer only to information released through VOOX’s official channels. If you receive any suspicious communication, please verify its authenticity immediately through the official online customer support channels available on the VOOX website.
III. Legal Liability Statement
VOOX reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or organization that impersonates VOOX, falsely claims affiliation with legal institutions, disseminates misleading information, commits fraud, or otherwise damages the reputation of the platform. VOOX will also cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
