1.What is Futures Trial Fund?

The Futures Trial Fund is a reward fund provided by the platform.

When your futures trading volume reaches the target volume required by the trial fund, the trial fund can be unlocked and withdrawn.

2.Does the Futures Trial Fund have an expiration date?

Yes, the trial fund has an unlock deadline, and you must complete the unlocking within the validity period.

Any trial fund that is not unlocked within the validity period will be automatically reclaimed by the system.

3.How can I check my Futures Trial Fund?

Web:

On the VOOX website, click "User Center" – "Coupon Center" to enter the "Coupon Center".

Click "Detail" to view the futures trial fund details.

APP:

In the VOOX APP, tap "User Center" — "Coupon Center" to enter the "Coupon Center". Then tap "Detail" to view the futures trial fund details.

4.How to Use the Futures Trial Fund?

Step 1: Obtain the Trial Fund You can obtain a futures trial fund by participating in platform activities and completing reward tasks. Once received, the trial fund will be credited to your futures account simultaneously. The trial fund amount is 10 USDT, and the target trading volume is 100 USDT.

Step 2: Unlock the Trial Fund When you place a futures trade with a trading volume of 100 USDT, the trial fund will be automatically unlocked. You will receive the following notification: "Your futures trading volume has reached 100 USDT. The 10 USDT trial fund reward has been unlocked."

Step 3: Withdraw the Trial Fund After receiving the unlock notification, you can choose to withdraw the 10 USDT trial fund from your futures account.

Notes

Futures Trial Funds cannot be used to offset trading fees, funding fees, or trading losses.
If users already hold vouchers or bonuses from the Super Bonus Event or Reward Voucher Event, they will not be eligible to receive the futures trial fund reward.
The validity period of futures trial funds may vary depending on the activity. Please make sure to unlock it within the validity period.
Futures trial funds cannot be transferred to other accounts. Any profits generated from futures trading will be automatically credited to your trading account.
