1.Click the icon in the upper left corner of the app to enter the personal center, then click "Unverified" or "Identity Verifi-
cation" to proceed with the identity verification.
2. Click [Level 1 Verify] to begin the Level 1 identity verification. Here, you will see that there are two levels of identity verification. You must complete Level 1 verification before proceeding to Level 2 verification.
3. Verifying identity requires two steps: uploading a photo of your ID and undergoing liveness detection.
4. Select the type of identification document and its issuing country/region, then take the required photos of the document as instructed.
5. Proceed with the liveness detection process.
6. After completing the above steps, please wait patiently. VOOX will review your application promptly. Once your application has been reviewed, the result will be notified to you via email and in-app message and your verification status will change automatically.
