1.How long does KYC identity verification take?
The information you submit is usually reviewed within 24 hours. However, in special cases, it may take longer.
2.Is identity verification linked to withdrawals, deposits, and trading?
Deposits, withdrawals, and trading are not affected by identity verification. After completing KYC, your VIP level may increase, which can raise your daily withdrawal limit. Without KYC, the daily withdrawal limit is set at the equivalent of 10,000 USDT.
3. Why does it show that there’s already a verified account?
If it shows that your identity information is duplicated, it means we only allow one verified personal account per user. Please continue using your existing verified account.
4.Is there an age restriction for identity verification?
To ensure the security and compliance of our identity verification process, we are currently unable to support users over the age of 70. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
5.What should I do if identity verification fails?
If your ID number or name doesn’t match, it is usually because the third-party verification failed. Please check if any of the following apply:
(1)You have relocated, and the newly registered residence information hasn’t been updated in the system.
(2)You are active military personnel, and the system does not store military information.
(3)You are a recently discharged soldier, and your newly processed household registration and ID card haven’t been updated in the system.
(4)You are a recent college student or graduate, and your information has not been updated after moving your household registration.
(5)Your ID has expired, or your newly issued ID hasn’t been updated in the system.
(6)False ID information.
You can also contact online support or submit a ticket to obtain more detailed information.
