1. Log in to your VOOX account, hover over the "Profile" icon, and then click on "Account Management".
2. In "Account Management", find "Identity Verification" and click on "Get Verified Level 1".
You can see that there are two levels of identity verification here. You must complete Level 1 verification before proceeding to Level 2 verification.
3.You can choose to speed up your verifications with Sumsub ID and then click "Start Verification" to continue.
4. Select type and issuing country of your identity document.
You can continue with [Continue on this device] or [Continue on phone] for verification.
5. Upload both sides of your document as required. You can choose to upload from your computer or continue using your mobile device.
6.Click on [Continue] to proceed with liveness detection.
7. After completing the above steps, please wait patiently. VOOX will review your application promptly. Once your application is approved, your verification status will change automatically.
