VOOX periodically reviews the listed digital assets to ensure high standards of token quality. When tokens no longer meet listing criteria or there are significant industry environmental changes, we will conduct a comprehensive project review and delist such tokens.

During the project review process, we carefully consider various factors and make cautious decisions regarding delisting. The key factors we evaluate include:

• Trading volume and liquidity

• Community maintenance
• Responsiveness to regular audits by VOOX
• Unethical or fraudulent behavior

Based on these factors, we have decided to stop trading and delist the following token on November 6, 2025, at 12:00 (UTC):

• The trading pair AI16Z/USDT will be removed soon.
• All open orders will be automatically canceled after trading stops.
• Withdrawal services for the above token will cease at 16:00 PM on November 30, 2025 (UTC+8).
