How to Download and Install the VOOX Mobile App (iOS / Android) – VOOX

For iOS devices：

Step 1: Open the “App Store”.

Step 2: Type “VOOX” in the search bar and search.

Step 3: Find “VOOX” and tap Install.

Step 4: Wait patiently for the download and installation to complete.

Step 5: Once installed, locate the VOOX app icon on your home screen.

Step 6: Tap Open or tap the app icon to start your cryptocurrency journey!

Step 7: To update the app, search for “VOOX” in the App Store and tap Update.

Please note:

If you cannot update the app directly on your iPhone, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Do not use someone else’s Apple ID to download or log in to other websites/accounts to avoid data leakage or account lockout. You are responsible for any risks caused by your own actions.
Depending on your country or region, the app may not be available for download. Please comply with the laws and regulations of your location and the app’s service location.

For Android devices：

Step 1: Copy the download link: https://www.voox.com/en_US/appDownload and paste it into your browser. After entering the web page, click on “Android APK”.

Step 2: Click DOWNLOAD and wait for the download to finish.

Step 3: When the download completes, click “INSTALL” to start installation.

Step 4: After installation, tap OK to finish.

Step 5. Swipe left or click Skip to enter the app interface.

Step 6. To update the app, go to User Center → Settings → Check the Update.

Step 7. Once updated, tap Allow to complete the process.

Please note:

If you have trouble updating the app on Android, try the following:

Go to Settings → Security → More Settings, and enable Install apps from external sources.
Disable enhanced protection: Settings → System and Updates → App Guard → Enhanced Protection, then turn it off.
If it still fails, enable Airplane Mode and turn off all networks (mobile data and Wi-Fi). Repeat steps 1 and 2, then download and install the app again.
