Announcement on The Ethereum（ERC20） Wallet Upgrade - May 6, 2025

VOOX will perform a wallet upgrade for The Ethereum (ERC20) on May 7, 2024, at 00:00 (UTC+8).

To support this upgrade, VOOX will suspend deposit and withdrawal services for The Ethereum (ERC20) starting on May 7, 2024, at 00:00 (UTC+8)on the same day. The maintenance is expected to take approximately 2 hours, after which deposit and withdrawal services will resume automatically.

Please note:

• Users can continue to trade tokens supported on this network as usual.
• VOOX will reopen deposit and withdrawal services for the relevant tokens once the wallet upgrade is complete and the network operates stably. No further notice will be issued.
