Event Rules:

Deposit Reward: Share 12,000 USDT Bonus Pool!

During the event, users will receive a 10% bonus based on their cumulative futures trading volume and net deposit amount in futures account. Total prize pool: 12,000 USDT. Rewards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Total bonus pool: 12,000 USDT (first-come, first-served).

*Users must complete KYC1 to to be eligible for rewards. Each user may only claim one reward tier (rewards are non-stackable). Both trading volume and deposit requirements must be met simultaneously. If either requirement is not met, the reward will be granted based on the lower eligible tier.

Examples:

Example 1:

If User A deposits a net amount of 10,000 USDT into futures account and has a trading volume of 1,000,000 USDT during the event, then User A will receive a 1,000 USDT futures bonus.

Example 2:

If User B deposits a net amount of 5,000 USDT into futures account and has a trading volume of 1,000,000 USDT during the event, then User B will receive a 500 USDT futures bonus.

Event Details:

1. Net Deposit in Futures Account = Total amount transferred into the futures account - Total amount transferred out of futures account during the event (internal transfers excluded). Account balance must meet requirements during net deposit verification.
2. Users must complete KYC Level 1 to be eligible for rewards.
3. Event is available exclusively to new and existing users via designated channels. Institutional users and market makers are not eligible to participate in this activity;
4. Rewards will be distributed within 3 business days after the conclusion of the event. The bonus will remain valid for 7 days; any portion of the bonus that remains unused after this period will be forfeited.
5. Futures Trading Volume = Futures opening amounts + Futures closing amounts. Trading volume includes the volume generated from using bonus.
6. Any actions deemed malicious, including but not limited to wash trading, self dealing and other forms of fraudulent trading practices, are strictly prohibited. Engaging in irregular trading activities will result in disqualification from the event. Irregular trading behaviors include, but are not limited to:
• Bulk registration or other forms of non-compliant participation;
• Utilizing virtual devices (e.g., simulators or similar technologies) for malicious trading activities;
• Trading the same pair in opposite directions, with similar position sizes, similar opening and closing prices within similar timeframe;
• Rapid opening and closing of positions in a very short period, frequent trading operations, etc..
7. VOOX reserves the right to make the final determination and interpretation of these Activity terms. Additionally, VOOX reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. For users found to be engaging in prohibited trading activities, VOOX will reclaim any rewards or profits derived from such violations.

Bonus Terms and Conditions:

• Bonus can be utilized as margin for futures trading or to offset 100% of transaction fees, trading losses, and funding fees.
• Bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. However, any profits generated from trading using the bonus may be withdrawn.
• When both the user’s own funds and bonus are present in the futures account, the bonus will be used first as margin when opening positions.
• Bonus will be applied to offset transaction fees before using the user’s own funds.
• In cases where both transaction fees and losses occur, the bonus will first offset transaction fees and then cover the losses.
• Bonus used to offset transaction fees will not be eligible for commission rebates.
• All bonus rewards are subject to an expiration date. Any unused bonus will automatically expire and become invalid after this date.
• Any transfer of funds out of the futures account while bonus is still available will result in the invalidation of the bonus.
• Transferring funds out of the futures account will invalidate bonus and trigger reductions (liquidations) in positions or prevent open orders from being maintained. Users are advised to resolve this issue before proceeding with any transfer.
• Bonus can only be claimed after opening futures account. Newly registered users must complete deposit ≥ 10 USDT into the futures account to activate the withdrawal function for the profit portion of the bonus.
