VOOX System Upgrade Announcement

Dear Users,

VOOX will undergo a system upgrade on April 2, 2025, at 20:00:00 (UTC+9). This upgrade will involve adjustments to the funding fee collection cycle.

Upgrade Details:

Before the adjustment, the funding fee was calculated based on the funding rate from the previous cycle. After the adjustment, the funding fee will be calculated based on the funding rate of the current cycle.

For example:

• Before the adjustment: The funding fee collected at 16:00 was based on the funding rate calculated from 00:00 to 08:00.
• After the adjustment: The funding fee collected at 16:00 will be based on the funding rate calculated from 08:00 to 16:00.

Important Notes:

1）During the system upgrade, users can continue to log in, deposit, withdraw, trade Spot, and trade Futures without any disruption.

2）A follow-up announcement will be made once the upgrade is complete.
