Explanation of Activity Risk Control Triggered by Some Users Participating in the “Deposit Bonus Voucher” Campaign

Recently, our platform launched the “Deposit Bonus Voucher” campaign, which is now in its third phase. Due to the significant incentives provided, the number of participants has been steadily increasing.

To ensure fair and equitable operations, foster a healthy and sustainable market environment, and allow the bonus voucher campaign to continue effectively, we have conducted strict monitoring and review of trading activities. During this process, we identified a group of accounts exhibiting abnormal behavior. Our risk control department conducted a thorough investigation and discovered the following issues:

1. Multiple accounts share the same IP address.
2. Multiple accounts share the same withdrawal address or have indirectly related withdrawal addresses.
3. Bidirectional transactions between multiple accounts, maliciously consuming bonus vouchers to obtain illegal profits.

These actions seriously violate Clause 7 of the supplemental terms of the “Deposit Bonus Voucher” campaign rules.

Handling Measures for Non-compliant Accounts

In accordance with the campaign rules, the following measures will be applied to accounts involved in violations:

1. For profitable users:

Users can withdraw their full principal amount:

• If account balance - profit > 0, the withdrawable amount will be account balance - profit.
• If account balance - profit ≤ 0, the entire account balance will be reclaimed.

2. For users who maliciously consume bonus vouchers:

Users must return the consumed bonus vouchers:

• If account balance - total consumed vouchers > 0, the withdrawable amount will be account balance - total consumed vouchers.
• If account balance - total consumed vouchers ≤ 0, the entire account balance will be reclaimed.
