I.What are Deposit and Withdrawal Fees??
1.Digital Currency Deposit Fees:
VOOX does not charge any deposit fees. However, when transferring cryptocurrencies to VOOX, you may need to pay blockchain network fees. These fees are charged by the blockchain (such as Bitcoin or Ethereum) for processing transactions and are not related to VOOX.
For example: When you deposit BTC or ETH into your VOOX account, the blockchain network fee depends on factors such as network congestion and transaction speed. VOOX does not charge this fee; it is paid to the miners or validators who process the transaction.
2.Digital Currency Withdrawal Fees:
A withdrawal fee is charged when transferring cryptocurrencies out of your VOOX account. This fee is a blockchain transfer cost for moving cryptocurrencies outside of the VOOX platform. It ensures that the transaction can be processed smoothly on the blockchain. The specific fee amount depends on the following factors:
-The type of cryptocurrency being withdrawn.
-The blockchain network used (e.g., ERC-20 or TRC-20).
-The current congestion level of the blockchain network.
II.Why Are Withdrawal Fees Charged?
Withdrawal fees are used to cover the costs associated with processing transactions on the blockchain. VOOX's withdrawal fees are not profit-driven; instead, they are dynamically adjusted based on the actual transaction costs of the blockchain to ensure that users' withdrawal transactions are processed efficiently and securely.
Key points to note:
-Fees vary depending on the cryptocurrency and network type.
-Network conditions (such as congestion or demand) may affect the fee amount.
III. How Are Withdrawal Fees Determined?
Withdrawal fees are influenced by the following factors:
1.Blockchain Network Activity
-High activity or congestion on the blockchain may lead to increased fees due to limited network capacity.
-Fees typically decrease during periods of lower network activity.
2.Cryptocurrency Type and Network Used
Each cryptocurrency and network has different fee standards. For example, withdrawing USDT via the TRC-20 network is generally cheaper than using the ERC-20 network.
3.Transaction Size and Complexity
Larger transactions or those with complex structures may require higher processing fees.
4.Checking Withdrawal Fees Before Confirmation:
During the withdrawal process, the system will display the latest withdrawal fee for your selected cryptocurrency and network.
Note: Withdrawal fees are determined by the respective mainnet (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin). The mainnet may adjust fees due to factors such as network congestion without prior notice. You can check the fee for your chosen cryptocurrency and network at the bottom of the withdrawal interface.
