1.What currencies are supported for strategy trading on VOOX?
Currently, only USDT is supported for futures strategy trading.
2.Is KYC verification required for strategy trading?
Yes, either Individual KYC Level 1 or Corporate KYC is mandatory.
3.Can I use promotional bonus for futures strategy trading?
No, bonus cannot be used for strategy trading.
4.What fees are associated with strategy trading?
The trading fees and funding fees are the same as those applied in standard futures trading.
No additional charges will be incurred for strategy trading.
5.Can I follow multiple traders at the same time?
Yes, users can follow up to 10 traders simultaneously.
Please note:
- Each trader's strategy trading parameters are independent and not shared.
- Orders from different traders will not be merged.
6.Why was my copied position liquidated while the trader's position remained open?
Possible reasons include:
- Leverage Discrepancy: If the follower uses higher leverage than the trader, the liquidation price will be closer to the entry price, increasing liquidation risk.
- Average Entry Price: Due to slippage or copy trade execution failure, the follower's average entry price may differ slightly from the trader’s.
7.Why is my leverage different from the trader’s after selecting "Follow Trader’s Leverage"?
If your available balance is insufficient, you may not mirror the trader’s leverage adjustments.
Example Scenario:
- Phase A: Trader opens a position at 20x leverage → Copied by User B.
- Phase B: Trader increases leverage to 30x → User B copies.
- Phase C: Trader opens a new position at 30x → User B copies.
- Phase D: Trader reduces leverage to 10x → User B cannot adjust (insufficient margin) and remains at 30x.
- Phase E: Trader closes the position at 10x → User B’s position is closed at 30x.
8.What may cause following a lead trader to fail?
Common reasons include:
- The lead trader has reached the maximum number of followers.
- The lead trader has been deactivated or deleted.
9.Will copying a lead trader automatically copy their existing open positions?
No. Only new trades opened after you start following will be copied. Due to factors like insufficient funds, not all trades may be copied successfully.
10.Why can’t I copy certain trades from the trader?
Possible reasons:
- Insufficient strategy trading capital
- Maximum strategy trading amount reached
- The trade’s slippage exceeds the maximum allowed (e.g., if your max slippage is set to 1.8% and the market price exceeds the lead trader’s entry price by more than 1.8%, the trade won’t be copied. Note: Due to market volatility, actual execution prices may slightly differ.)
- The maximum margin per contract or your daily trading limit has been reached
11.Under what conditions will strategy trading be automatically canceled?
The system will automatically cancel the follow relationship if:
- The follower experiences 20 consecutive trade failures due to insufficient order cost, or
- 100 trade failures within 24 hours (starting from the first failed trade).
Note:
Insufficient order cost may be caused by:
- Insufficient strategy trading capital
- The follower’s order cost and leverage settings not meeting the minimum trade size requirements
Followers holding open positions will not be automatically unfollowed. Users will be notified by email when auto-unfollow is triggered or copy trades fail.
Other conditions:
- The trader removes the follower from their whitelist via the Follower Whitelist feature.
12.Are there any investment limits for strategy trading?
Yes, limits include:
- Maximum fixed margin per order: Based on the lead trader's settings
- Maximum total strategy trading amount per contract: 100,000 USDT
