How to change password? (WEB/APP)

1.Log in to your VOOX account, hover over the【Profile】icon, and then click on【Account Management】.

2. In【Account Management】, find【Password】 and click on【Change】.

3.Enter your current password as required, then input the new password twice. Click【Change】 to complete the process.

Note: For your asset security, withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours after changing the login password.

1.Click the icon in the top left corner of the app to enter the personal center, and select【Login or Register】.

2.On the Security Center page, locate【Login Password】and click【Alter】.

3.Fill in your current password as required, enter your new password twice, and click【Confirm】to complete.
