1. What is the number of copy traders?

The number of followers varies per trader, please refer to the lead trader details page for the exact number.

2. What are the cryptocurrencies for copying orders?

You can choose different cryptocurrencies according to the lead trader you choose. Currently, the platform supports the following futures cryptocurrencies for lead trades: BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB, XRP, DOGE and hundreds of other pairs.

Note: The cryptocurrencies available for copy trades may vary for each lead trader based on their individual setup.

3. What is the leverage multiple?

There is no additional limitation on the leverage for each trader. The maximum copy order leverage multiplier is the highest leverage that can be applied to the cryptocurrency.

4. What is the amount of the copy trade?

Amount range per copy: 10-100,000USDT;

Maximum copy amount: 200,000USDT;

The amount entered must be ≥ Amount per copy

The amount per copy and maximum copy amount differ from trader to trader. Please refer to the lead trader details page; Once the accumulated copy margin reaches the maximum copy amount you've entered, the system will automatically stop copying positions for the day.

5. Why did my copy order fail?

Common reasons for copy trade failures include insufficient account balance, order amount lower than the minimum order amount, excessive slippage or platform limit restriction. It is recommended to check funds and settings before copying an order.

6. How do I cancel a copy order?

Click Copy Trading - My Copy Trades - Current Positions；

Go to the page and select the order you want to cancel, then cancel it.

7. How do I manage copy trades?

The follower can check out Copy Trading - My Copy Trades for the relevant content. You can view the following types of information:

• My Traders: View details of the lead trader you are following.
• Current Copy Trades: View all open copy orders.
• Copy Trade History: View details of all closed copy positions.

8. What is the maximum leverage in copy trading?

The maximum leverage in copy trading is the same as the maximum leverage in regular futures trading.

9. Is copy trading available to users in all countries and regions?

Copy trading is not available in all markets and jurisdictions.
