How to deposit crypto currency? (APP)

Step 1:

Firstly, go to [Balance] page. Next, choose [Deposit] and select [Crypto].

Step 2:

Under [Crypto], select the coin that you would like to deposit.

Step 3:

Select the chain type that you will use to deposit the specific coin. Please ensure you have selected the same network as the platform/exchange.

*Note: Please be informed that some crypto coins might have a temporary suspension and no deposit/withdrawal is allowed at the time being.

The things you have to take note before making a deposit:

1) After Step 2 and Step 3, your VOOX deposit address will be generated. You may either scan the QR code or copy the deposit address and use it as the destination to send the funds.

2) Each crypto coin has a minimum deposit amount, depending on the coin type and network. Any deposits less than the minimum will not be credited or *refunded*. Please make sure you include the transaction fees before making a withdrawal from other platform.

3) The deposit will be credited to your [Spot Account] by default. 

4) Contract address is a unique address that identifies a specific coin in an exchange.
